About Me.
Hi, I’m Sonia, a certified Life Coach and Spiritual Coach with a heart for helping people reconnect to themselves, break old cycles, and step into clarity and confidence. I completed my professional Life Coaching certification through an ICF-accredited program in 2016, graduating with a 95.6 average.
My training is rooted in real transformational coaching principles, not surface-level motivation or quick fixes. I specialize in guiding clients through emotional healing, life transitions, relationship patterns, self-worth, and personal growth, blending practical coaching tools with spiritual insight and intuitive awareness.
My approach is compassionate, honest, and deeply personal. I don’t believe in forcing positivity or bypassing pain. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you understand the roots of what you’re experiencing, and supporting you as you create real, lasting change.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, heartbroken, disconnected, or simply ready for something more in life, my goal is to walk beside you as you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to yourself.
