Payment Policy
Please see paypal's "Term of Agreements" as paypal is the ONLY way to pay on this online store. Money Orders are accepted and can be made out to:

For all orders placed using money orders, please send your detailed written order (with quantities included) and money orders for the exact mount, including shipping & handling, to:

Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-14 business days, (Business days do not include Holidays or weekends) for all merchandise to ship. Every ordered piece is handmade in the order in which it is received, and undergoes a charging process which is why it can sometimes prolong the shipping process.
Please note that it is possible to receive your pieces prior to the 14 business days. Please allow the full 14 business days to pass before contacting Namaste LOVELIGHT via email (searvin@namastelovelight.com) in regards to your purchase.
For waist beads, please allow up to 21 business days for creation before being shipped out. All waist beads are made to order, customized to the particular size needed.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds and no exchanges once an order is placed. No exceptions. There are no Lifetime Guarantees on any malas. If your strings break, which they ALL eventually will do no matter where they are purchased, you are welcomed to have them restrung and recharged by us for a small fee.
If for some reason your bead string breaks within 14 days of purchase, please collect what you can of the beads and send them back to:

It is important to continue working with the original beads that you received as you are dealing in energies versus continuously purchasing new ones. Everything is consciousness.
Waist beads are non exchangeable or refundable. No exceptions. Be sure to measure your waist properly. Do NOT go by your pant size as this could be incorrect. You will be charged a "re-stringing" fee if you need a size other than the one you ordered.
Additional Information
It is not recommended that you wear your beads while swimming, or bathing. Do not submerge your beads in water for excessively long periods of time.
To recharge your beads, set them in the sunlight/moonlight for up to 24 hours. If you would like them recharged to the frequencies that I use, please contact me at searvin@namastelovelight.com for details and pricing.
